Description:

We are looking for a responsible student with a good attitude who will help to maintain a friendly, helpful atmosphere for students and visitors of the Filmmaking Program Office.

Responsibilities :

  • Greeting and directing visitors and students.
  • Answering the telephone.
  • Answering student/faculty questions.
  • Updating schedules and calendars.
  • Inputting information.
  • Other various tasks as needed by the department.
  • Overseeing the department’s casting/talent network.
  • Assisting in indexing resources for scores, locations, etc.
  • Assisting students interested in the equipment checkout process, room reservations, or faculty meeting reservations.
  • Working with Marketing and other departments in coordinating publications and materials.
  • Basic organization and student assistance with the Film server.
  • Basic organization of manuals and documents, loan agreements, and program info.

Qualifications:

  • Dependable and detail oriented.
  • Knowledge & skills in Microsoft and Google applications.
  • Telephone skills and etiquette.
  • Able to work blocks of time.
  • People skills.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Willing to learn new skills.
